ABOUT PROJECT

Let-s build our own world today, because the future starts in the present!

Project objective is to create a student democratic state (StudentWorld) as the highest form of student self-government - a future state model.

We've set the following goals:

• to make a draft of student state constitution;
• to organize information provision for the project;
• to prepare for and hold the Parliamentary Assembly;
• to approve the Constitution and the Declaration of a new State;
• to work out a constitution law package regulating the students state;
• to work out a student state federal law package derected at encouraging the development of science, culture, education, sports and students social protection ;
• to start forming the legislative, the judicial and the executive organs of the students state, and an institute of student rights commissioners;
• to organize cooperation with youth social political unions to coordinate steps for realization of joined projects;
• to organize cooperation with trade-unions, social and veteran unions to coordinate steps for realization of joined projects;
• to organize cooperation with organs of state power of sovereign states where students reside;
• to obtaint the opportunity for student and youth leaders to participate with a right for a discussion vote and a right of legislative initiative in all organs of the legislative power of sovereign states where students reside.

Project management

The initiator and coordinator of the project is the charity fund . The project coordinators in sovereign states of students residence are student and youth leaders of these states, leaders of social and trade-union organizations.

Expected results:

• Strenthening of international cooperation among students youth, students active participation in politics;
• Increase in students social and political activity, forming civil maturity and democratic convictions;
• Forming real student self-government on the level of educational institutions and on the international level;
• Developing student and youth leaders in a real competitive enviroment;
• Improving students quality of life and decreasing the difference among students social layers;
• Raising prestige of education and quality of professional knowledge and skills, increasing motivation for constant self-education and self-improvement in terms of a chosen profession;
• Increase in students social protection as a result of adressing and a complex solution of students problems;
• Increase the significance and prestige of science by encouraging specially gifted students;
• Cultivating students motivation to lead a healthy life style and play sports;
• Increasing the role of organized recreation events to lower asocial behavior among students;
• Increasing the role of students self-government in social adaptation of young specialists, in thier employment, providing housing and development of youth business undertakings.

Students of the 21 century are a generation of educated young people who want to change the life on our planet for the better. However, at present students don-t have many opportunities to accomplish it, since the positions of authority are usually held by the older people who can-t relate to young people-s needs and hopes. The international project was created for that very reason. The realization of this project will let students of the whole world attract attention to their problems and help find ways to solve them.

The charity fund ?Student is the only initiator and coordinator of the international project . The main goal of the project is to create a student-s democratic state, - StudentWorld.

We-ve developed a draft of the StudentWorld Constitution, in which you will find the basic principles of establishing the state and the structure of the organs of the legislative, the executive and the judicial power. We believe the offered system of holding elections at each level of the state power of StudentWorld will let the smartest and most worthy students run the new state in an effective way.
